The research project follows the training process of the Generative Adversarial Network involved and its progress in building images from scratch, after being trained with a hand-picked dataset of 300 found images. Resulting in a continuous flow of images, a latent walk that resembles the structure of a visual stream of consciousness, the work questions the relation between the image and the real we are tempted to recognize or interpret in these digitally generated images.
